Position: Logistics Assistant
Job Responsibilities:

- Coordinate daily logistics activities including shipment planning and delivery schedules.
- Prepare and maintain shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, AWB/BL, delivery documents).
- Coordinate with transporters, warehouse, suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
- Track shipments and update delivery status.
- Support import/export documentation and customs clearance activities.
- Maintain logistics records, inventory reports, and data entry.
- Assist in warehouse coordination and material movement.
- Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of goods.

Skills Required:

- Knowledge of logistics operations and documentation.
- Basic understanding of import/export processes.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- MS Excel and ERP knowledge preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
