We are looking for skilled kitchen staff, F&B; staff, and utility staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation, service, and maintenance.
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
- Ensure high-quality food safety and hygiene standards are maintained.
- Coordinate with other departments for seamless service delivery.
- Maintain inventory of food supplies and order ingredients as needed.
- Train new staff members on kitchen procedures and protocols.
- Monitor and control kitchen expenses to stay within budget.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in kitchen management or related fields.
- Robust knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and menu planning.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and appliances.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Working time 9 hours( depending on outlet) / day
