As the company continues to expand, we are looking for a dynamic finance qualified to lead the Finance & Accounts function and ensure robust financial governance.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Manager Finance & Accounts to oversee the company's financial accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, MIS reporting, and financial controls. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in balance sheet finalization, direct and indirect taxation, and financial reporting, preferably from the real estate, contracting, CA firm, or service industry.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Accounting & Reporting

- Lead end-to-end accounting operations and ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts.
- Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and balance sheets.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Accounting Standards and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and consultants during audits.

Taxation & Statutory Compliance

- Handle direct taxation matters including Income Tax, TDS, tax assessments, and notices.
- Manage GST compliance including return filing, reconciliations, assessments, and departmental queries.
- Ensure timely payment and filing of all statutory dues and returns.
- Liaise with external consultants and regulatory authorities whenever required.

MIS & Financial Planning

- Prepare monthly MIS reports, financial dashboards, cash flow statements, and profitability reports.
- Analyze business performance and provide actionable financial insights to management.




- Monitor budgets, project-wise costs, and financial variances.
- Support management in financial planning and decision-making.

Accounts Payable & Receivable

- Monitor vendor payments, customer receivables, reconciliations, and banking transactions.
- Ensure effective working capital management and cash flow planning.

Internal Controls & Process Improvement

- Develop and strengthen financial controls and accounting processes.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.

Stakeholder Management

- Coordinate with banks, auditors, tax consultants, legal advisors, and government authorities.
- Collaborate with project, procurement, sales, and leadership teams on finance-related matters.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification

- CA Final (Qualified) preferred
- CA Inter candidates with relevant experience may also be considered.

Experience

- 7+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Balance Sheet Finalization, MIS, Direct Taxation, GST, and Financial Reporting is mandatory.
- Prior experience in Real Estate, Contracting Companies, CA Firms with Real Estate clients wil be preferred.

Technical Skills

- Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, Income Tax, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience in balance sheet finalization and financial reporting.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/Tally accounting software.
- Strong analytical, reconciliation, and financial modelling skills.
