Job Summary

We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive/Senior Executive with 58 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment from a recruitment consultancy or staffing background. The candidate should have strong expertise in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing positions across various functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle from requirement understanding to candidate joining.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and networking.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct preliminary interviews and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Manage candidate follow-ups, offer negotiations, and onboarding activities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and MIS reports.
- Ensure timely closure of positions within defined TAT.




- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Candidate Profile

- 58 years of experience in recruitment from a recruitment consultancy/staffing firm.
- Strong experience in sourcing and screening candidates across multiple domains.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period preferred.

Education

- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
