Your Responsibilities

- Take responsibility for the continuous improvement of existing and new operations processes as well as for the process documentation
- On-boarding new supply-side partners and maintaining proactive supply-side relation
- Resolve trade settlement issues in a timely manner. Undertaking research into pricing, competitors and factors affecting performance
- Collating, preparing and interpreting reports, budgets, commentaries and financial reports
- Undertake the logistics P&L; and support the general manager in resource and budget planning
- Maintain a finger on the pulse of daily operations, redirecting resources and priorities as necessary
- Identify workflow/system improvements and work with the supervisor and operations team to enact change.

Preferred candidate profile

- Excellent English and Marathi communication skills (verbal & written).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite especially excel and/or google spreadsheet
- You have at least 1 years of experience in Business Operations, Business Development or related roles + commerce or business related educational background preferred




- Strong analytical and detail-oriented aptitude - a high degree of accuracy is required
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities and meet deadlines Ability to learn and adapt to change
- You are proactive, goal-oriented, reliable and have a self-structured way of working
- Creativity, team spirit and enthusiasm for a job in an interdisciplinary team
- A no task is a too small task attitude
