Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Officer – Two-Wheeler Loan to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing two-wheeler loan customers, building relationships with dealers, and achieving sales targets for loan disbursements. This is a field sales role that requires solid networking, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source new customers for two-wheeler loans through field visits, dealer tie-ups, and marketing activities.
- Maintain strong relationships with two-wheeler dealers and generate leads through regular follow-ups.
- Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, documentation, and terms to customers.
- Collect and verify customer documents as per company policy.




- Ensure proper login of applications into the system with complete documentation.
- Coordinate with the credit team for timely approvals and disbursements.
- Achieve monthly disbursement and productivity targets as set by the management.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve post-sales issues, if any.
- Maintain daily MIS and provide accurate reports to reporting managers.

Key Requirements:

- Education: Minimum Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in two-wheeler loans or similar lending products.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of local geography and customer base
- Familiarity with loan documentation and credit policies
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Proficiency in MS Excel and mobile CRM apps
