- Screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews for candidates.
- Sourcing candidates via job portals like Naukri, Job Hai, Indeed, and others.
- Coordinating with clients for job requirements and interview scheduling.
- Managing job postings, requirement analysis, and candidate database.
- Robust communication and negotiation skills during offer rollouts.
- Maintaining MIS reports and daily tracker updates.
- Understanding of Technical and Non Technical recruitment processes.
- Conducting client interviews and briefings via online meeting platforms (Google Meet, Zoom).
