Preferred candidate profile

IT Infrastructure Management

- Oversee and manage the organization's IT infrastructure break & fix, including servers, Virtual Server , HP storage , firewall, networking equipment, and email systems (O365).
- Ensure the availability, performance, and security of IT systems and services.
- Manage and monitor daily IT operations to ensure smooth business functioning.
- Coordinate routine maintenance activities and system upgrades with minimal business disruption.
- Support compliance requirements, audits, and assessments

IT Cyber Security

- Monitor IT security controls, vulnerabilities, and coordinate remediation activities.
- Vulnerability Assessment

Asset & License Management

- Maintain accurate inventory records of IT assets, including hardware, software, and licenses.
- Ensure software license compliance and timely renewals.

Backup & Disaster Recovery

- Manage data backup processes for all corporate applications and systems.
- Ensure backup integrity and support disaster recovery planning and testing.

Stakeholder Collaboration





- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and implement suitable IT solutions.
- Support IT initiatives and projects across multiple office locations.

Vendor Management

- Liaise with external vendors and service providers for technical support, procurement, and issue resolution.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).

End-User Support

- Provide timely support to users for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
- Act as the escalation point for critical IT incidents and ensure effective resolution.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree / Engineering in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline from a recognized university.

Experience

- 10-15 years of relevant experience in IT Infrastructure, IT Operations, and End-User Support.
- Experience in managing multi-location IT environments will be preferred.
