Position Purpose

To support the General Manager Human Resources in driving strategic and operational HR initiatives across the resorts business. The role will be responsible for workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, policy implementation, learning & development, HR analytics, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company HR standards across all resort locations.

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Business Partnership

- Partner with resort HR & leadership teams to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Support the GM-HR in organizational development and workforce planning initiatives.
- Provide HR guidance to Unit Heads, Department Heads, and operational managers.
- Ensure consistent implementation of corporate HR policies and practices.

2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

- Lead end-to-end recruitment for managerial and critical positions.
- Coordinate manpower budgeting and annual workforce planning exercises.
- Build talent pipelines for resort operations and support functions.
- Monitor recruitment metrics including TAT, cost per hire, and quality of hire.
- Government Initiatives like NAPS, PMIS, OJT – compliance and management
- Single point of contact for CMET’s from interception to graduation

3. Performance Management

- Drive annual and mid-year performance management processes.
- Support goal setting, KPI alignment, and performance calibration exercises.
- Assist managers in performance improvement plans and talent reviews.
- Monitor succession planning and high-potential employee development.

4. Employee Engagement & Retention

- Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives across resorts.
- Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and action planning.




- Promote a positive work culture aligned with organizational values.
- Analyze attrition trends and recommend retention interventions.

5. Learning & Development – Analysis – Personal Development

- Identify training needs through competency assessments and business requirements.
- Coordinate leadership, behavioral, and functional training programs.
- Track training effectiveness and ROI.
- Support career development and internal mobility initiatives.

6. HR Operations & Policy Administration

- Ensure adherence to company HR policies and SOPs.
- Oversee employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, transfers, confirmations, and separations.
- Support digitization and process improvement initiatives within HR.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRMIS data integrity.

7. Employee Relations & Industrial Relations

- Address employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Facilitate investigations and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain harmonious employee relations across properties.
- Support IR-related matters where applicable.

8. Statutory Compliance - Audit

- Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinate audits and statutory inspections.
- Monitor statutory obligations related to wages, social security, and labor welfare.
- Maintain compliance documentation and reporting.

9. HR Analytics & Reporting

- Prepare monthly HR dashboards and management reports.




- Analyze manpower, productivity, attrition, absenteeism, and engagement metrics.
- Present actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Support HR budgeting and cost optimization initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

Education

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources / Personnel Management.
- Additional certification in Labor Laws, Talent Management, or HR Analytics preferred.

Experience

- 8–12 years of HR experience, preferably in Hospitality, Resorts, Hotels, FMCG, Retail, or Service Industry.
- Experience handling multi-location HR operations.
- Exposure to talent management, employee engagement, and HR transformation initiatives.
