Broad Function:

We are seeking for a Senior Application & IOT Developer with Minimum 6 years of experience in leading the design, development, and deployment of embedded Linux applications on Raspberry Pi and other SBC platforms, owning the complete software stack including hardware integration, connectivity, camera/display systems, and production deployment for IoT and edge computing solutions. Provide technical leadership, drive architectural decisions, and ensure delivery of scalable, reliable, and high-performance products.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain embedded Linux applications on Raspberry Pi (Pi 4/5, CM4) and similar SBC platforms.

- Own the end-to-end software stack, including hardware integration, application development, and deployment.

- Integrate and manage display interfaces such as HDMI, DSI, TFT/SPI, and multi-display configurations.

- Configure and optimize camera modules and video pipelines using V4L2, GStreamer, and OpenCV.

- Implement and maintain LTE/4G/5G connectivity solutions, including modem configuration and network failover mechanisms.

- Develop communication interfaces using Ethernet, UART, RS-232/485, USB, SPI,



and I C protocols.

- Write high-quality, maintainable software using Python and C/C++ in embedded Linux environments.

- Develop and manage system services, networking, and device-level configurations on Linux.

- Troubleshoot and resolve software, networking, and hardware integration issues using debugging and diagnostic tools.

- Collaborate with hardware, firmware, cloud, and product teams to deliver integrated IoT solutions.

- Establish coding standards, perform code reviews, and mentor junior engineers.

- Build and maintain automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and release processes for embedded applications.

- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to the technical roadmap for IoT and edge products.

Requirements

Desired Experience Required:

- 6+ years of experience in embedded Linux application development on Raspberry Pi or comparable SBC platforms.

- Strong programming expertise in Python and C/C++.

- Hands-on experience with Linux-based system development and deployment.

- Proven experience integrating cameras, displays, and multimedia pipelines.

- Strong knowledge of LTE/4G/5G modem integration, APN configuration, and connectivity management.





- Experience with Ethernet, UART, RS-232/485, USB, SPI, and I C communication protocols.

- Good understanding of Linux networking, systemd, kernel modules, and device management.

- Experience with debugging embedded systems, hardware interfaces, and network communications.

- Familiarity with MQTT, REST APIs, and IoT communication frameworks.

- Experience with cloud IoT platforms such as AWS IoT Core or Azure IoT Hub is preferred.

- Knowledge of Docker and containerized deployments on ARM-based devices is an advantage.

- Experience with GUI development frameworks such as Qt, GTK, or SDL is desirable.

- Familiarity with OTA update solutions such as Mender, Balena, or RAUC is preferred.

- Demonstrated ability to independently estimate, plan, and deliver production-grade features and solutions.
