'This position will be reporting to Zonal Sales Manager - Construction Chemicals BU of the respective region and will be accountable for the following objectives at given work area:
- Will be responsible and accountable for leading sales team of Concrete Admixture, VAP, Ancillary Products & other construction chemicals portfolio in the allotted cluster.
- Should have valuable relationship in Key Accounts and other Infrastructure Companies.
- Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information
- Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys
- Maintain pricing parameters and margin control
- Recommend/Implement actions required to improve system performance.
- Monthly planning & reporting
- Sales Forecast and Market Intelligence.
- Lead an area as to ensure delivery of product meeting customer requirements and responsible for customer satisfaction index.
- Maintain and observe the quality, environment, health, safety in the system.
Preferred candidate profile
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION Diploma Civil / B.E – Civil MINIMUM YEARS OF EXP 4-8years of Experience.
NATURE OF EXPERIENCE
Candidate should have experience in Sales & Marketing of Construction Chemical products /RMCs/ Cement Project Sales/ Other relevant Building material Products
