Role: Effective management of MAINTENANCE activities at plant level

Deliverables:

1. Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of mattress production machines

2. Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems

3. Maintain quilting, stitching, foam cutting, spring assembly, and packing machines

4. Ensure minimum machine downtime and smooth production operations

5. Perform regular inspection and servicing of equipment and utilities

6. Handle machine installation, alignment, and commissioning activities

7. Maintain maintenance logs, checklists, and spare parts records

8. Coordinate with production team for maintenance planning and execution

9. Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance SOPs

10. Identify root causes of recurring machine failures and implement corrective actions

11. Supervise maintenance helpers and technicians during repair activities

12. Support continuous improvement and machine efficiency initiatives
