Key Skills:

- Minimum 8 years of experience in managing end-to-end delivery of Company Financial Reports (Business Sourcing) in Equity Capital Market.
- Minimum 3 years of Team Handling experience
- Solid understanding of Company Financial Reports
- Strong knowledge of equity capital markets, financial instruments, and capital market products
- Any Graduate

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end delivery of Company Financial Reports with high accuracy and adherence to client-defined SLAs.
- Lead and manage a global team of 100200 professionals across multiple geographies, time zones, and delivery centers.
- Drive operational excellence by monitoring KPIs, productivity, quality, and turnaround time, implementing corrective actions where required.
- Act as the primary client point of contact (SPOC), leading governance meetings, business reviews, and stakeholder communications.




- Interpret and analyze company financial statements and financial reports to ensure accurate financial data delivery.
- Oversee delivery of Equity Capital Market products, including Company Financial Reports, Broker & Analyst Reports, and Fixed Income/Corporate Bond information.
- Manage P&L; responsibilities, including resource planning, budget management, cost optimization, and profitability.
- Forecast staffing requirements, lead recruitment planning, and oversee training and capability development initiatives.
- Identify business growth opportunities through effort estimation, solution validation, pricing, and new project transitions.
- Drive continuous process improvement, automation initiatives, and operational efficiency across the delivery function.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Lead Client meetings and discussions
- Mentor and coach managers and team members, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, integrity, and high performance.
- Manage risks, resolve escalations, and ensure timely resolution of operational and client issues.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements related to financial information services.
- Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver projects within agreed timelines and quality standards.
