Summary

We are looking for an experienced RSA Governance Lifecycle (Aveksa) and CyberArk to lead end to end implementation, configuration, integration, and administration of Identity Governance solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands on expertise across collectors, workflows, access certifications, JML processes, integrations, troubleshooting, and IAM governance.

What You ll Do

- Implement and configure RSA GL and CyberArk modules including collectors, workflows, roles, and application onboarding.
- Set up and manage Access Certification campaigns, JML processes, and governance workflows.
- Perform daily administration: health checks, job/workflow monitoring, log analysis, patching, upgrades, and platform maintenance.
- Troubleshoot issues related to RSA GL, CyberArk, connectors, data loads, workflows, and integrations.
- Develop SQL queries,



custom scripts, and configure integrations using REST/SOAP, LDAP, AD, JDBC, and ITSM tools.
- Define SoD rules, access policies, risk scoring, and support audit/compliance activities (SOX/ISO/GDPR).
- Document configurations, architecture, procedures, and conduct requirement workshops, UAT, training, and KT sessions.

What We re Looking For

- 3 5 years of hands on experience in RSA GL (Aveksa) and CyberArk PIM/PAM.
- Strong technical proficiency in SQL (Oracle preferred), connectors, collectors, workflows, and IAM concepts (RBAC/ABAC/SOD/JML).
- Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, LDAP, Active Directory, and ITSM tools (ServiceNow/Remedy).
- Good knowledge of Identity Governance frameworks, compliance standards, and audit requirements.
- Solid analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Preferred: RSA IGL certification, CyberArk CDE, exposure to SailPoint/Azure AD, and basic scripting (Shell/Python).
