- Design and deliver training programs for horticulturists, landscapers, and other related professionals on various aspects of plant care, gardening techniques, and landscape design.
- Develop curriculum materials such as manuals, guides, and presentations to support training sessions.
- Conduct hands-on demonstrations and workshops to teach participants about best practices in horticulture and landscaping.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms and make recommendations for improvement.
Job Requirements :
- 8-20 years of experience in horticulture or a related field (e.g., agriculture).
- Solid knowledge of plant biology, ecology, soil science, pest management, pruning techniques, etc.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to convey complex technical information simply.
- Ability to design engaging training programs that cater to diverse learning styles.
