Designation- Senior Manager / AGM - Leasing

Key Responsibilities :

- Drive leasing operations and tenant management for company's Chennai assets.
- Identify and engage prospective tenants, building and owning the leasing pipeline.
- Drive and own relationships with IPCs, brokers, channel partners, and other market stakeholders in Chennai.
- Prepare and present proposals to industrial and logistics clients.
- Lead property visits and build a solid read on market and competitor positioning.
- Own leasing documentation, databases, and reporting.
- Lead negotiation processes and drive deals to closure.
- Work closely with the development, finance, and property management teams to align leasing strategy with project timelines.

Candidate Profile





- Strong commercial awareness and a track record in industrial and logistics real estate leasing.
- Solid analytical and research skills comfortable interpreting market data and driving data-backed decisions.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organisational and documentation skills, with proficiency in MS Office and CRM / database tools.
- A proactive, collaborative approach with the ability to manage multiple accounts and see deals through to closure.
- A degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Prior experience in real estate, leasing, or commercial operations in the Chennai market preferred.
