Job Summary

We are looking for experienced SAP FICO S/4HANA Consultants, Leads, and Architects to join our SAP consulting team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of hands-on SAP FICO consulting experience (not overall IT experience) with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations. Candidates must have experience leading client engagements, conducting workshops, managing implementation projects, and delivering SAP Finance solutions, preferably within the Banking domain.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead SAP FICO S/4HANA implementation, rollout, migration, and support projects.
- Conduct client workshops to gather business requirements and recommend SAP best practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to design and implement finance solutions.
- Lead client engagements and provide functional consulting throughout the project lifecycle.
- Configure and customize SAP FICO modules based on business requirements.
- Work closely with technical teams during development, testing, deployment, and go-live.
- Provide leadership to project teams and mentor junior consultants.




- Ensure successful project delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Prepare functional specifications, documentation, and knowledge transfer materials.

- SAP FICO on S/4HANA
- DRC (Document and Reporting Compliance)
- FSCM (Financial Supply Chain Management)
- TRM (Treasury and Risk Management)
- JVA (Joint Venture Accounting)
- FI Tax
- SAP FI Lead
- SAP FICO Lead
- SAP FI Architect

Preferred Domain

- Strong experience in the Banking/Financial Services domain is highly preferred.

Required Experience

- Minimum 10 years of SAP FICO consulting experience (overall work experience will not be considered).
- Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations.
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end implementation projects.
- Experience leading workshops, client discussions, and stakeholder management.
- Proven experience in team leadership and mentoring.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Eligibility

- Candidates must come from a SAP Consulting background.
- End-user/support-only experience will not be considered.
- Robust implementation experience is mandatory.
