We are looking for an experienced Planning Engineer / Senior Planning Engineer to join our project team for a premium high-rise commercial building project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, monitoring, reporting, and coordination to ensure timely completion of construction activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare project baseline schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Develop Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and detailed construction schedules.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly project progress against approved baselines.
- Identify project delays, critical activities, and recommend recovery plans.
- Coordinate with Civil, MEP, QA/QC, Procurement, Contracts, and Site teams for effective project execution.
- Prepare look-ahead schedules (2-week and 4-week), catch-up plans, and milestone tracking reports.
- Generate Daily Progress Reports (DPR), Weekly Progress Reports (WPR), Monthly Progress Reports (MPR),



and management dashboards.
- Track manpower, equipment, and material utilization.
- Assist project management in resource planning and productivity analysis.
- Maintain project documentation and planning records while supporting client and consultant review meetings.
- Desired Candidate Profile

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 7 to 10 years of planning experience in high-rise commercial, residential, or mixed-use building projects.
- Strong proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Microsoft Excel.
- Valuable understanding of construction methodology, sequencing, project controls, and scheduling.
- Excellent analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and support project teams in achieving scheduled milestones.
