Position: Branch Manager

Job Location: Across Mumbai

Type of job: On-roll, Full time.

Job Description:

- Must be well versed with Branch operations/processes.
- Responsible for Branch P & L - revenue & cost
- Handling of the complaints received from customers
- Compliance to all regulatory and auditory requirements
- Set up of branches from their nascent stages to increasing of the book size manifold (For New Branches)
- Concentrated focus on all product lines and products offered by the bank
- Increasing the value proposition of the bank with high-net-worth clientele
- Implementing the best practices in the industry to enhance the customer base
- Driving and achieving challenging targets set by the bank consistently
- Manage entire gamut of business in line with growing organizational needs.




- To conform to processes of the bank and have a high focus on compliance
- To nurture talent and ensure grooming of the team such that they can take up higher responsibilities in future.
- Minimizing the attrition at the branch level

Requirements:

- Graduate / Postgraduate, preferred exposure to financial subjects
- Minimum 10 years of total work experience with 3-5 years of relevant work experience in the Retail Branch banking as Branch Manager or other team handling role.
- Proficient in English & local language with solid communication skills
- Knowledge of Banking products and processes.
- Strong Team Management skills.
- Multi-tasking with crisis management capabilities.
- Ability to adapt to change and must be self-motivated
- Ability to maintain/attract long lasting client relationships.
- Natural empathy and a positive attitude towards every situation
- Comfortable in leveraging client relationships to achieve sales targets
- Presentable with pleasing and attractive personality
