Profile: RGI Insurance - Outbound Voice Process

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers.
- Explain insurance products and perks.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the system.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Freshers Only
- HSC Pass / Graduate
- Good Hindi Communication Skills
- Immediate Joiners Preferred

Salary & Incentives:

- 14,000 Take-Home Salary
- Unlimited Performance Incentives
- Potential Monthly Earnings: 30,000 - 40,000

Shift Details

- Day Shift: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

Week Off

- 1 Rotational Week Off
