Job Summary: We are seeking a energetic and result-oriented Team Leader Sourcing to lead and expand our channel partner and broker network for commercial real estate sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads through sourcing channels, managing a team of sourcing executives, driving site visits, and ensuring achievement of sales targets for our commercial projects.
Roles & Responsibility:
1. Develop, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, IPCs, brokers, and real estate consultants.
2. Ensure continuous activation and productivity of sourcing partners.
3. Maintain CRM updates and lead management records.
4. Generate quality leads through sourcing channels and strategic alliances.
5. Build and maintain a robust database of brokers, investors, corporates,
and business owners.
6. Monitor competitor projects, pricing, and market trends.
7. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sourcing team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Other Requirements:
- Industry Real Estate, Engineering and Construction
- Relevant Experience 6 Years
- Education Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred
- Proficiency Strong network of brokers, IPCs, and channel partners in Mumbai
- Skills Business Development, Negotiation Skills, Sales Planning & Execution
- Department Sales
- Location Ongoing Sites in the Western Region of Mumbai
