Job Requirements

- Proven experience in fundraising, including proposal development, donor relationship management, and business development.
- Strong understanding of marketing, sales, and communication principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a flexible and adaptable approach.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience working with CRM software and other fundraising tools is an asset.
