Lead Talent Acquisition (Corporate Office)

About the Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition professional to lead Corporate Office and Family Office hiring requirements. The role will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for corporate functions, stakeholder management, employer branding initiatives, and leading a recruitment team to ensure timely closures of key positions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Corporate Office positions across various functions including HR, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Legal, Projects, Procurement, IT, and other functions.
- Handle hiring requirements for Senior positions & Family Office.
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and develop hiring strategies.
- Drive sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, recruitment consultants, and networking channels.
- Ensure quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Manage interview coordination, offer negotiations, compensation discussions and joining formalities. Verify complex employee compensations and negotiate for smooth closures.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and recurring positions.
- Track recruitment metrics, hiring timelines, and recruitment dashboards.




- Drive employer branding initiatives through LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
- Develop relationships with recruitment agencies and external talent partners.
- Ensure adherence to recruitment processes, documentation, and compliance requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Graduate with MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- 9+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Strong experience in Corporate Office hiring across multiple functions with proven track record.
- Experience managing recruitment teams.
- Exposure to leadership hiring and stakeholder management.
- Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience working with ATS, job portals, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Should be well versed in new hiring techniques & tools and prevailing rates for various hiring portals and agency charges.
