We are looking for a skilled Process Trainer with 2 to 5 years of experience in process training, preferably in a domestic setting. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and training skills.

Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance employee performance.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and create targeted training solutions.
- Design and deliver engaging training sessions to employees at all levels.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop high-quality training materials.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to trainers to improve their delivery skills.

Job Requirements

- Minimum years of experience in process training or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design models.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
- Experience with training software and technologies is an asset.
- Solid organizational and time management skills.
