Position: Architect

Locations: Ahmedabad & Mumbai (BKC)

Employment Type: Fixed Term Contract (FTC)

Experience: 3 to 7 Years

Qualification: Bachelor of Architecture

Key Requirements:

- 3 to 7 years of professional experience in architectural design and planning.
- Experience in Metro/Railway infrastructure projects is preferred.
- Robust exposure to commercial and residential building projects.
- Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, BIM, and MS Office.
- Knowledge of relevant building codes, standards, and regulations.
- Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare architectural concepts, detailed designs, drawings, and specifications.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including structural, MEP, and project management consultants.




- Review and ensure compliance with project requirements, local regulations, and client standards.
- Support design development, approvals, construction documentation, and site coordination activities.
- Participate in design reviews and provide technical support during project execution.

Preferred Experience:

- Experience in Metro/Railway station buildings, transit-oriented developments, commercial complexes, or residential developments.
- Exposure to large-scale infrastructure projects and BIM-based project delivery.
