About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Supply Chain & Logistics Analytics professional to join the analytics team of one of India's leading FMCG organizations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex supply chain problems using analytics, optimization, and data-driven

decision-making while working closely with business stakeholders.

The successful candidate will work on high-impact initiatives such as supply chain cost optimization, network planning, and logistics optimization, partnering with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable analytical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand supply chain challenges and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Develop and maintain optimization models for supply chain and logistics use cases.
- Work on projects related to supply chain cost optimization, network planning and optimization,

logistics and distribution optimization, capacity planning, and other supply chain analytics initiatives.

- Build, enhance, and maintain analytical solutions using Python and SQL.
- Continuously refine models and solutions based on evolving business requirements.
- Participate in business discussions, gather requirements, and implement changes in an agile environment.
- Analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Document solutions, assumptions, and methodologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- 5 to 7 years of experience in Supply Chain Analytics, Operations Research, Logistics Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
- Hands-on experience with linear optimization techniques and mathematical modeling.
- Good understanding of end-t-end supply chain processes, including planning, logistics, warehousing, transportation, and distribution.
- Proven experience in supply chain cost optimization, network planning, logistics optimization, inventory optimization, or transportation optimization.
- Ability to translate business problems into analytical models and actionable recommendations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in the FMCG, consumer goods, retail, or e-commerce industry.
- Exposure to operations research and advanced analytics methodologies.
- Familiarity with cloud-based analytics platforms or data engineering workflows is an advantage.
