About the organization: Puri Creators was founded in 2012 as a specialized TDR, land-aggregation, and CRZ consultancy firm. Over the last decade, we have facilitated and cleared 100+ acres of land parcels across Mumbai building deep expertise in legal due diligence, urban policy, and redevelopment frameworks.

In 2021, we evolved from a consultancy into a full-scale luxury real-estate development company, driven by a design-first, quality-obsessed philosophy. What began as a boutique father-son venture has now grown into one of Mumbai is fastest-scaling emerging developers.

Our Projects: Delivered & Pipeline Delivered / Near Delivery Velvet life, Andheri East 3,50,000 sq ft, nearing delivery; Bombay Goa Highway Project boutique gated development, successfully executed.

Current Pipeline :(Under Development / Approvals) Sion redevelopment project. Santacruz – luxury residential. Khar – premium tower. Andheri East – multi-tower mixed-use development. Total portfolio: ~21–22 lakh sq ft across MMR (delivered + pipeline).

- Key Roles and Responsibilities: • Lead the interior design of luxury residential developments, including sample flats, lobbies, entrance, amenities, and premium residences. • Develop design concepts,



space planning, mood boards, and presentation documents. • Prepare and review layout plans, working drawings, joinery details, ceiling plans, flooring layouts, and interior specifications. • Finalize premium materials, finishes, lighting, furniture, and dcor in line with project positioning and brand standards. • Review shop drawings and mock-ups to ensure adherence to design intent and quality standards. • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor design implementation, resolve execution challenges, and ensure timely project delivery. • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for sample flats, experience centers, and marketing collateral. • Ensure compliance with project specifications, timelines, budgets, and applicable quality standards.

- Preferred Experience • Bachelor's / Diploma / master’s degree in interior design from a recognized institute.
- Proven 12 – 18 years of experience in Ultra luxury residential projects, high-rise Real Estate developments.
- Robust portfolio demonstrating high-end residential interiors delivered for real estate developments.
