Job Description - Bulk Recruiter (BPO)

Location 1: Malad, Mumbai Shift Timing: 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM (CTC 18-30k in hand)

Location 2: Chandivali Andheri East | Shift Timing 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (CTC 18-22k in hand)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Role Overview

We are looking for a Bulk Recruiter with at least 1 year of experience in high-volume hiring for BPO roles such as Tele callers and Customer Support Executives. The recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring processes, ensuring timely onboarding of candidates to meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Bulk hiring for tele callers, customer support executives, and similar roles.
- Making 100-120 calls a day,



aligning 2-3 interviews daily
- Any graduation (Mandatory)
- Sourcing candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
- Screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
- Maintaining recruitment trackers and reports using Excel.
- Ensuring smooth onboarding and documentation.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in bulk recruitment for BPO roles.
- Proficiency in Excel and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Robust communication and coordination skills.
