- Provide exceptional customer service to clients by resolving their queries and concerns related to travel arrangements.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with suppliers to negotiate rates, terms, and services for tour packages.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth in the travel industry.
Job Requirements :
- 1-6 years of experience in travel sales or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of holiday packages, tour packages, and itinerary planning.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
