Job description:

The Institutional Sales role will be responsible for driving B2B sales across corporate clients, offices, HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes), and other institutional channels. The role focuses on business development, key account management, and expanding the company's vending machine-based tea/coffee solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow institutional business across South India
- Identify, prospect, and onboard recent corporate and institutional clients
- Drive sales of tea/coffee vending machines and related consumables
- Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts to ensure long-term partnerships
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, service, logistics) to ensure seamless client servicing
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity,



and customer needs to refine sales strategies
- Lead negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract closures
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis to leadership

Key Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in institutional/corporate/B2B sales
- Proven experience in selling vending machines or similar equipment-based solutions (preferred)
- Strong network within corporate offices, facilities management companies
- Demonstrated ability to manage a regional territory independently
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel extensively within the South
