Job Overview: The ideal candidate will analyse and refine Risk policies, develop statistical models for risk prediction, and monitor portfolio performance to recommend improvements. Responsibilities include conducting portfolio analytics, creating insights for Retail Risk, and managing credit strategies across the customer lifecycle. The role involves setting risk thresholds, improving collection efficiency, and working with stakeholders to translate business problems into actionable analytics solutions.
Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Partner with Digital Business leaders to identify growth opportunities and solve business problems using data.
- Develop dashboards, reports and analytical frameworks to monitor key business and customer metrics.
- Perform deep-dive analyses to identify trends, customer behaviour patterns, funnel leakages and business improvement opportunities.




- Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
- Analyse customer acquisition, onboarding, activation, engagement, retention and cross-sell performance.
- Evaluate campaign effectiveness and customer segmentation strategies.
- Support portfolio performance monitoring across digital lending products.
- Work closely with Risk and Business teams to evaluate portfolio quality and customer outcomes.
- Design and evaluate A/B tests and controlled experiments for digital initiatives.
- Develop business cases for new product features and process improvements.
- Support optimization of digital customer journeys through data-backed recommendations.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Risk, Finance, Technology, and Operations teams to deliver analytics-driven business solutions.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders in a explicit and concise manner.
- Influence business decisions through analytical storytelling and data visualization.
- Lead and mentor a team of 1-2 analysts.
- Guide project prioritization, review analytical outputs and support capability development.
- Foster a culture of analytical excellence, innovation and continuous learning.

Experience Required (In Years): Minimum- 9+ years or similar

Qualification Required: Any Graduate
Proficiency in SAS is a MUST with proven experience of working with large, complex data.
Prior experience in an NBFC, Bank, FinTech, or Digital Lending organization is strongly preferred.
