Position: Talent Acquisition Executive / Sr. HR Recruiter
Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai
Experience: 2 to 6 Years
Notice Period: Immediate / 15 Days or Less Preferred

Roles & Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Attraction

- Attract top talent through multiple channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.)
- Build strong pipelines using creative sourcing strategies

Recruitment Strategy Execution

- Implement and follow effective hiring strategies
- Ensure quality hiring aligned with company goals

Job Structuring

- Create and update job descriptions & specifications
- Conduct job analysis to define roles clearly

Job Posting & Employer Branding

- Post jobs across platforms (Naukri,



LinkedIn, colleges, etc.)
- Participate in job fairs & hiring drives

Screening & Shortlisting

- Screen resumes and applications efficiently
- Use tools and platforms to identify the best-fit candidates

Interview & Selection

- Conduct structured interviews using reliable techniques
- Ensure proper evaluation as per recruitment standards

Candidate Assessment

- Evaluate skills, experience, communication & cultural fit
- Ensure alignment with company expectations

Reporting & Coordination

- Share hiring reports and updates with stakeholders
- Collaborate with Directors & HODs for requirements

Candidate Experience

- Build strong relationships with candidates
- Act as a key point of contact throughout the hiring journey
