Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and onboarding current hires.

- Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations related to factory operations.

- Handle joining formalities for new employees, including induction training and issuance of documents.

- Oversee attendance management systems to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.

- Coordinate performance appraisals, grievance handling, and employee relations activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3-8 years of experience in HR generalist activities or manufacturing industry.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management (B.B.A. / B.M.S.) or MBA/PGDM in HR/Industrial Relations preferred.

- Strong knowledge of labour laws, PF, ESI, statutory compliance, labour welfare initiatives like Kaizen etc.
