Role: Zonal Enterprise Lead - Salary Account

Responsible for driving B2B sales of SME banking solutions, expanding Salary Accounts, Insta Debit Cards, and related offerings across identified SME clusters. Build and manage relationships with enterprise clients while collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and support product development based on market needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive business development and revenue growth through SME and enterprise customers.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline across SME clusters.
- Lead, hire, train, and mentor field sales teams to achieve business KPIs.
- Set team goals, monitor performance, and provide regular coaching and feedback.
- Manage key accounts and strengthen customer relationships to increase wallet share.
- Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and internal policies.




- Coordinate with internal teams to identify market opportunities and enhance product offerings.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure high service standards.
- Manage budgets and optimize resource utilization.

Required Experience & Skills:

- Minimum 4 years of experience in CASA/Corporate Salary or related BFSI sales.
- At least 2 years of team handling experience.
- Robust B2B sales, key account management, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and lead high-performing teams.
- Good understanding of SME market dynamics, digital banking, KYC, and AML regulations.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
