Working Hours : 9:00 AM 6:00 PM

Weekly Off : Friday

Job Profile

- Generate accurate commercial tax invoices, packing lists, and delivery challans for daily dispatches using the ERP system.
- Generate and manage electronic way bills (E-way bills) on the government portal in alignment with truck dispatch times.
- Verify purchase orders (POs) received from customers against dispatch plans to prevent pricing or quantity mismatches.
- Coordinate directly with the logistics team to verify vehicle numbers and transport details before closing the gate pass.
- Prepare regular Management Information System (MIS) reports detailing daily sales, pending dispatches, and outstanding customer tracking.
- Maintain systematic file records of all invoices, customer POs, signed delivery receipts,



and tax filings for audit purposes.

Key Skills & Requirements

- Invoicing & Billing: High accuracy in ERP-based tax invoice and packing list generation.
- Government Portal Management: Practical experience generating and extending E-way bills on the GST portal.
- Verification & MIS: Precision in PO matching, gate pass closure, and creating daily sales/dispatch MIS reports.
- Audit Documentation: Skilled in organized filing and record-keeping for tax and financial audits.
