Sales Manager Education Loan

Roles & Responsibilities

- Drive sales of Domestic & Overseas Education Loans through consultants, DSAs, and direct walk-in/inbound leads.
- Build and manage strong relationships with education consultants, DSAs, and channel partners to generate consistent business.
- Handle end-to-end education loan processing from lead generation to disbursement.
- Counsel students and parents on loan eligibility, documentation, interest rates, and repayment options.
- Achieve monthly sales targets through effective conversion of leads into sanctioned loans.
- Coordinate with Credit, Ops, and Underwriting teams for smooth approval and disbursement process.
- Maintain strong post-sales relationship to ensure customer satisfaction and referrals.
- Support onboarding of recent DSAs/consultants and ensure smooth business flow with partners .
- Work with internal teams to resolve system/process issues and improve workflow efficiency .
- Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and timely follow-ups for loan closure.
- Maintain MIS reports, track conversions, and monitor portfolio performance.
