Identify and develop recent business opportunities for APIs with customers in the USA/Europe market.
- Develop and implement sales and business development strategies aligned with company objectives for exports.
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships with key customers and trading partners in the USA/Europe.
- Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and commercial negotiations with target customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams (production, regulatory affairs, QA/QC, logistics, documentation, and finance) to ensure seamless order execution and regulatory compliance.
- Track and report market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to management.
- Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and virtual meetings to represent the companys API capabilities.
- Ensure all export transactions comply with international documentation
