Key Responsibilities

- Installation, commissioning, and configuration of XBS (X-ray Baggage Scanner) systems at airport sites.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of XBS equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, electrical, and software issues.
- Provide in office and remote technical support to customers.
- Ensure timely resolution of service calls and maintain SLA compliance.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams for escalations and complex issues.
- Maintain service reports, logs, and documentation for all activities.
- Conduct periodic system health checks and performance optimization.
- Assist in training end-users on basic operations and handling of XBS devices.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and aviation regulatory standards.

Required Skills Qualifications





- Diploma/B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related field.
- Hands-on experience with X-ray scanning systems / security equipment (preferred).
- Strong understanding of electronics, circuits, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Basic knowledge of networking and system integration.
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
- Willingness to travel extensively and work in shifts (airport environment).
