Primary Responsibility & Key Activities:
- Manage all Post order activities
- Validation of Technical specifications in Contract copy/Order with KTOC inputs, Validate MS2 updates with both commercial and technical validations in KTOC and SAP, Handover the same to SPOC team for MS2 punching
- To handle Post order requirements like Variation order, Addwork, Price revisions etc
- Coordinate for documentation at the time of shipment with SL
- Keeping track of Order and Deliverables during post order management
- Co-ordination with Logistics team for material deliveries
Required Skills
- Knowledge in MS office (Excel & PPT)
- Fluent communication skills in English, other languages are an asset
