Responsibilities

- Manage and nurture client relationships through virtual engagements
- Provide clients with personalized financial advice and solutions
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell banking products and services
- Respond promptly to client inquiries, providing exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure holistic client service
- Track and achieve sales targets and business objectives
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking products and services
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies during all interactions

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field




- Proven experience in a relationship management or Banking Product sales role
- Strong understanding of financial products and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a virtual environment
- Customer-focused mindset with robust problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with digital communication tools and CRM systems
