- Graduate with 7-8+ years of relevant SAP FICO experience.
- At least one end-to-end implementation or support engagement
- Configure and support SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting) and CO (Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Orders)
- Manage end-to-end FICO implementations and support projects
- Handle month-end and year-end closing activities
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance
- Work on banking processes and bank reconciliation
- Manage Asset Accounting lifecycle
- Drive process improvements in P2P (Procure-to-Pay) and O2C (Order-to-Cash) cycles
- Ensure integration with MM and SD modules (FI-MM, FI-SD)
- Support GST, taxation, and regulatory compliance (India-specific)
- Assist in audits, reconciliations, and issue resolution
- Collaborate with business users and cross-functional teams
