Your Role

- Drive industrialization and automation initiatives across ADM operations
- Implement best practices and continuous improvement frameworks
- Enable teams through coaching and adoption of automation solutions




- Engage with clients to demonstrate value and conduct improvement workshops
- Perform data analysis and report on productivity, quality, and automation progress

Your Profile

- Strong experience in automation, industrialization, and continuous improvement (CI)
- Knowledge ofRPA, AI/GenAI, or workflow automation tools
- Expertise inADM/AMS delivery environments
- Proficiency indata analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI)
- Familiarity withLean Six Sigma and solid stakeholder/client management skills
