Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand Campaign Management

- Execute integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
- Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, and vendors.
- Support brand launches, promotions, and partnerships.

2. Brand Revenue Initiatives

- Execute campaigns to drive customer acquisition, repeat visits, memberships, product sales, and revenue.
- Track performance and optimize campaigns.
- Support co-branded marketing initiatives.

3. Content & Social Media

- Plan and manage social media content.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging content.
- Maintain brand consistency and monitor performance.

4. Influencer Marketing

- Identify and manage influencer collaborations (barter & paid).
- Oversee outreach, content approvals, reporting, and creator relationships.

5.Market Research





- Track beauty, fashion, digital, consumer, and competitor trends.
- Turn insights into marketing and content ideas.

Preferred Background:

- Experience in beauty, cosmetics, skincare, fashion, apparel, luxury retail, or lifestyle brands preferred.
