Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks using YAML.
2. Work with Ansible Tower/AWX for automation deployments.
3. Automate infrastructure using Python, PowerShell, and Shell scripting.
4. Support Linux, UNIX, and Windows administration tasks.
5. Collaborate with technical teams to deliver automation solutions and resolve customer queries.

Requirements:

1. Hands-on experience with Ansible Tower/AWX.
2. Positive knowledge of Python, YAML, and Shell/PowerShell scripting.
3. Understanding of Linux, UNIX, and Windows administration.
4. Exposure to Terraform and ITSM integration is preferred.
5. Strong communication skills; DevOps/Ansible certification is a plus.
