Job Responsibilities

- Plan and monitor raw material requirements to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Coordinate with the Purchase department regarding material ordering based on inventory levels and lead time.
- Inform the concerned team when stock reaches the minimum reorder level.
- Issue raw materials to the Production department as per approved material requisitions.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update all material receipts and issues in the ERP system.
- Follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery of ordered materials.
- Verify incoming materials against Purchase Orders and maintain proper documentation.
- Conduct periodic stock verification and support inventory audits.
- Ensure proper storage, identification, and handling of materials.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, and Quality departments for smooth material flow.

Requirements & Skills

- 35 years of experience in store operations, raw material planning,



and inventory management.
- Experience in raw material planning and ordering.
- Knowledge of inventory control, stock management, and material issuance.
- Ability to monitor reorder levels and coordinate timely procurement.
- Hands-on experience with ERP software or the ability to quickly adapt to new ERP systems.
- Positive communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Preferred Skills (Value Adds)

- Experience in identifying and developing new quality vendors.
- Ability to contribute to cost reduction initiatives through effective inventory and vendor management.

Qualification

- B.Com / B.A. or any Graduate with relevant experience in Store and Inventory Management.
