About the Role

Were looking for an energetic and result-driven RM, The ideal candidate should have robust leadership skills, a proven sales track record, and the ability to drive team performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive daily sales and ensure team target achievement.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate team members.
- Monitor field activities and maintain high productivity.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance reviews.
- Support the team in closing customer deals.
- Ensure quality customer experience and process compliance.
- Track team performance and maintain daily/weekly MIS reports.

Eligibility

- Experience: 2 to 5 years in Sales (Field Sales preferred).
- Robust leadership and team management skills.




- Excellent communication skills in Hindi (English is an added advantage).
- Comfortable with field travel and customer interactions.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
