We are seeking a Senior Accountant to support our U.S.-based finance operations. The role involves managing day-to-day accounting activities, financial reporting, account finalization, reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
- Prepare journal entries, maintain ledgers, and perform reconciliations.
- Finalize books of accounts and support month-end/year-end closing.
- Prepare aging reports, Profit & Loss statements, and financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and support process improvements.
Required Skills
- 5-10 years of accounting experience.
- Solid knowledge of AP, AR, journal entries, ledgers, reconciliations, and account finalization.
- Experience with aging reports, Profit & Loss accounts, and financial reporting.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in the U.S. Night Shift.
