Key Responsibilities

- Lead, train, and mentor Restaurant Managers and outlet teams.

- Control manpower, inventory, food cost, and operational expenses.

- Conduct regular outlet audits and implement corrective actions.

- Drive customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and business development initiatives.

- Coordinate with HR, Finance, Marketing, and Purchase departments for smooth operations.

- Ensure compliance with statutory, health, and safety regulations.

Requirements





- Bachelors degree in Hotel Management or a related field.

- 5 12+ years of experience in restaurant or hospitality operations, with experience managing multiple outlets.

- Robust leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office and restaurant management systems.

Experience: Multi-unit restaurant operations preferred.
Salary: As per company standards.
