Job Summary

We are looking for an execution-oriented professional to support patient awareness and business growth initiatives. The role involves coordinating with the sales team, vendors, doctors, and internal stakeholders for successful execution of awareness programs, branding activities, health camps, and promotional initiatives.

This is primarily a Sales Support & Coordination role and not a direct field sales position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with field sales teams for awareness programs and promotional activities.
- Support planning and execution of patient awareness initiatives, health camps, doctor talks, and community engagement activities.
- Coordinate with vendors for banners, standees, brochures, pamphlets, hoardings, branding materials, and promotional collaterals.
- Obtain quotations, compare costs, and ensure timely delivery of required materials.
- Support creation and distribution of brochures, posters, pamphlets, and branding materials.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign execution and promotional activities.
- Ensure smooth execution of events and activities by coordinating with doctors, sales team, vendors, and operations teams.
- Maintain activity trackers, vendor records, campaign reports, and MIS reports.




- Monitor activity performance and support lead generation and patient footfall initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3-8 years of experience in Sales Support, Operations, Hospital Administration, Healthcare Coordination, Marketing Coordination, Diagnostic Operations, Project Coordination, or related functions.
- Experience in vendor management, event coordination, camp management, operations, or promotional activities.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and stakeholders simultaneously.
