Role Overview: Were looking for an Influencer Marketing Associate to support the day-to-day execution of creator-brand collaborations from identifying the right creators for a campaign to ensuring smooth delivery and reporting. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role suited to someone who understands the creator economy and wants to grow into managing full-scale influencer campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support end-to-end execution of influencer marketing campaigns creator shortlisting, outreach, negotiation support, and onboarding
- Coordinate between brands/agencies and creators to ensure timely content delivery aligned with brief and brand voice
- Track campaign timelines, deliverables, and approvals across multiple mandates simultaneously
- Assist in building creator rosters and pitch decks for brand proposals
- Monitor content performance post-publish and compile basic reporting/insights




- Maintain updated records of creator rates, availability, and past collaboration history
- Liaise with internal content/scriptwriting teams to ensure creator briefs are executed correctly
- Stay on top of platform trends (Instagram, YouTube) and emerging creators in finance/lifestyle spaces

Requirements:

- 1+ years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or a creator-economy/agency role
- Strong communication and coordination skills comfortable managing multiple stakeholders (creators, brands, internal teams)
- Working knowledge of social platforms, content formats, and what drives engagement
- Detail-oriented with robust follow-through on timelines and deliverables
- Basic proficiency with spreadsheets/decks (Excel, Google Sheets, PPT/Canva)
- Prior exposure to finance or fintech-adjacent content is a plus, not mandatory
